Chicago, IL - After founding and leading DCFI with vision, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Brian Wilson will be transitioning from his role as Chief Executive Officer. Under Brian’s leadership, DCFI has grown into a trusted partner for corporations, law firms, and government entities navigating complex cyber incidents, investigations, and digital risk. His entrepreneurial drive and deep technical expertise established the strong foundation on which DCFI stands today.

Introducing Beth Finkle, Incoming Chief Executive Officer

As part of this planned transition, Beth Finkle will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Beth is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience leading growth, strengthening market presence, and delivering technology‑enabled solutions for global clients across highly regulated industries, including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Technology. She is recognized for her ability to unite cross‑functional teams, deepen strategic partnerships, and accelerate innovation in environments where compliance, risk, and operational precision are paramount.

Working alongside DCFI’s leadership team—including Chief Operating Officer, Yin Lu and Chief of Staff, Josh Wilson — Beth will guide the company’s continued expansion and advance its mission to deliver trusted, high‑impact forensics, data management, and eDiscovery services. This includes further integrating AI‑enabled tools and workflows to help clients address evolving compliance, risk, investigations, regulatory, and litigation challenges with greater speed, precision, and insight.
